I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The newly refurbished rooms were fantastic, with great lighting, comfortable beds, and a good bathroom. However, the room was prepared for only one person, which was misleading as it was tight for 2 adults and 2 children. The service, while friendly and warm at the front desk, fell short as the staff seemed too keen to enter the room in the morning, causing disruptions. The location was convenient, just outside the bustling city center and close to Jardin LeCoq, though the view was obstructed by trees. Dining was absolutely wonderful with fresh, clean, and varied options, though a bit expensive. The facilities were modern and comfortable, overall a good stay.
